Agreement to these terms

This website is operated by Sainath Institute of Medical Sciences (SIMS), a multi-speciality hospital in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh. By browsing the site, submitting a form or otherwise using it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms govern the website only. Treatment at the hospital is governed separately by the consent documents you sign, the hospital's tariff and admission terms, and the professional obligations of the clinicians treating you.

How you may use this site

You are welcome to read, print and share our content for your own health information and for the care of your family.

• Browse, read and print pages for personal, non-commercial use
• Share links to our pages, including with your own doctor
• Submit accurate information through our forms, using your own identity or that of a patient you are authorised to act for
• Contact us with questions, feedback or complaints

What you must not do

• Submit false, misleading or impersonated details through any form on this site
• Copy, republish or resell substantial parts of our content, or present it as your own
• Use automated tools to scrape, overload or probe the site, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system
• Upload anything containing malware, or use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages
• Use the hospital name, logo or content in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation or empanelment we have not given
• Post or transmit material that is defamatory, obscene, or that discloses another person's medical information without their consent

Accuracy, availability and changes to content

We take care to keep clinical information, department descriptions, doctor listings, timings and package details correct and current. Even so, medicine changes, staff change, timings change and errors occur. Content is provided on an 'as is' basis and we do not warrant that every page is complete, current or free of error at every moment.

Consultant availability, OPD timings, package inclusions and prices shown on this site are indicative. Confirm them with the appointment desk before you travel, and confirm charges with the billing desk before you commit to a procedure.

We may add, change, suspend or remove any part of the site without notice, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Third-party links and intellectual property

Some pages link to external resources — insurers, professional bodies or clinical references. Those sites are not under our control. We link to them because they are useful, not because we endorse everything on them, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices. Read their own terms before relying on them.

All text, images, page design, logos, department content and health library articles on this site are owned by Sainath Institute of Medical Sciences or used under licence, and are protected by Indian copyright and trade mark law. The SIMS name and logo may not be used without written permission. Quoting a short passage with clear attribution and a link back is acceptable; wholesale reproduction is not.

Limitation of liability, changes and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, SIMS is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website — including any decision to seek or delay medical care based on something you read here. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here affects your rights in relation to treatment actually provided at the hospital.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of the website or these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh.
