What is happening at SIMS
News & Events
Screening camps, awareness drives, public talks and hospital updates. Most of what we run outside the wards is about finding disease earlier — because in this district, the difference between a treatable problem and an untreatable one is usually a matter of months.

Health camps in your area
We run screening and awareness camps with schools, workplaces, village panchayats and community groups across Anantapur district and the surrounding mandals.
If your organisation, school or village group would like a camp — blood pressure and blood sugar screening, anaemia and nutrition checks, first-aid and stroke awareness sessions, or a talk on a specific condition — write to the hospital with an idea of the numbers and the venue. Where a camp is not practical, the outpatient departments and health check packages cover the same ground on campus.
Found something you want to attend?
Camp timings, venues and registration are handled by the contact desk. If you would rather be seen on campus, the outpatient departments run six days a week and the emergency department never closes.
